The head of Roscosmos, Dmitry Rogozin, considered himself one of the people who believe in the existence of extraterrestrials.
He noted that there is a big bang theory, butthis explosion could only occur in observable outer space, but there may be more worlds further that a person cannot see. In his opinion, there may be an innumerable number of factors favorable for the emergence of extraterrestrial life, including intelligent life.
Rogozin also spoke about the memories of Soviet pilots who observed unidentified flying objects.
