Rogozin said that Russia needs to havestrategic nuclear forces, which are the "great equalizer", since you cannot compare the forces of NATO and ours - they have weapons "by several orders of magnitude more."
As for missiles, the head of Roskosmos noted that Sarmat is better, American weapons are lagging behind.
“But, if we talk about technical characteristicsof what they have in service, of course, these characteristics are lower than what we have. And, moreover, they lag significantly behind the characteristics of our Sarmat heavy intercontinental ballistic complex declared and already confirmed by the first flight design test,” Rogozin emphasized.
