On September 24, 2020, we received a notification from Roskomnadzor of the Russian Federation about the inclusion of the binance.com website in the domain name register,
containing information prohibited for distribution in Russia. Post edition
Binance stressed that they had not previously received notifications from law enforcement and civil and government services, as well as from the judiciary, about the existence of any lawsuits or court decisions.
Accordingly, the company continues to provide services to Russian clients, and their funds are safe.
At the time of writing, there was no information about Binance in the register of prohibited sites.
The publication reminds that August 26Roskomnadzor has blocked the website aggregator of cryptocurrency exchangers bestchange.ru for the third time. The reason for blocking was the posting of information about an offer to purchase Bitcoin and certain goods for it. The notice states that BTC is a means of payment and savings prohibited in Russia.
