The military expert called the advantages of the Armata tank

Military expert Alexey Leonkov named the main advantages of the Russian Armata tank. According to him,

the combat vehicle became a challenge to foreign designers and manufacturers of armored vehicles.

The military expert explained that the layout of the "Armata"different from other tanks. It is not classic in terms of crew accommodation, ammunition and engine. According to Leonkov, the tank was created for modern conditions of hostilities with the prospect of further development. The crew of the "Armata" is housed in an armored capsule, a separate fighting compartment is also in an armored capsule, and the combat module is uninhabited. This allows for targeted fire in any conditions.

The expert said that the military will soon complete the trial operation of the "Armata". After that, they will decide on how many regiments and divisions they will transfer new tanks.

Yesterday, the media reported that "Armata" will be stably supplied to the troops by 2022.
