Public services STOP coronavirus can also be adapted to organize access control through the introduction of self-isolation measures in a specific region of Russia. Most importantly, this does not apply to Moscow. Other technological solutions are already operating in the capital. This means that the pass obtained in the application will not be the basis for movement around Moscow.
The press service notes that the application is notmandatory to use. From April 13, 2020, with the regions that will show interest in using the "STOP Coronavirus Government Services", the conditions for the implementation of the application in a specific territory will be determined.
