Vedomosti reported that in January-November last year, 4 million Russians changed their operators,

Most numbers - 27% or more than a million -was transferred to the Tele2 network. Russians transferred approximately 20% of their numbers to Megafon and MTS, and 19.8% to VimpelCom. It is not revealed who they “left” most often.
