The new batch of PlayStation 5 will appear in Russia in February

On its website, Sony said it has closed pre-orders for both versions of the new PlayStation 5 consoles and is focusing on

fulfillment of existing requests. The company announced that the new batch of consoles will arrive in early February 2021.

Sony clarified that for those customers who alreadysubmitted applications without payment, the company will begin to send letters on a first-come, first-served basis with an offer to make payment. After this, Sony will place the order and transfer it to the delivery service.

Sony also admitted that the number of people waiting for the console exceeds the number of PS5. That's why there are queues on the console.

Recall that there is a shortage of new PlayStation 5all over the world, and not only in Russia. Now in Russia, official retailers report that there are no consoles on sale. The availability can be tracked on this site.
