Google has introduced a new translator called Translatotron, which can translate live speech.

compared to most similar applications,who first convert speech into text, translate it and after that start speaking, Translatotron immediately produces a translation. Thanks to this method, Google's brainchild works faster than its counterparts, while making fewer mistakes. Translatotron can also imitate the user's voice, preserving speech features, such as pauses between words and intonation.
