Shadaev later explained that law enforcementauthorities will be able to receive online only those data that are currently being received in paper form. However, experts note that they can now access these bases online, and much information is in the public domain.
Shadaev also said at the presentation thatThe ministry plans to provide full access for Russians to their own electronic medical records and all test results. Residents of Russia will be able to access them in their own personal account, probably on the website of the State Services.
