The Polish Armed Forces received 26 Cougar 4×4 MRAP (mine resistant ambush protected) vehicles.

About

Polish Minister of Defense Mariusz said thisBlaszczak (Mariusz Błaszczak). The vehicles were received by the 18th Mechanized Division named after General Tadeusz Buk. Poland signed a contract for the supply of cars with the United States back in 2021. The cost of the cars is $27,500,000. In total, the Poles should receive 300 cars.

Cougar is an American vehicle for transportationinfantry with protection from mines and ambushes. It was developed in the Republic of South Africa. The car comes in two versions: 4x4 and 6x6. It seats up to 6 people and can accelerate to 105 km/h.
