In Moscow, four Russians were detained near the presidential administration who were holding a protest against street violence.
It is reported that the detainees were participantsfollow up project. It was launched in early February and is directed against the city’s face recognition system. Project participants apply makeup on their faces and check how cameras react to it. The essence of the action is to offer Muscovites suffering from data phobia (fear of getting into databases) a way to get away from identification.
