What did they do to him?

User attributed the burnt Redmi Note 7S toservice center, but they could not even remove the SIM card - the gadget was so damaged. A few days later it was reported that it was impossible to fix the smartphone.

The head of the service center admitted that the battery became the cause of spontaneous combustion - more precisely, something inside it.

Then the user contacted the service directlyXiaomi support. But they didn’t help him either, saying that the warranty does not apply to the battery. Experts found that the incident occurred as a result of external exposure, so the case was classified as "damage caused by the customer."
