As Rossiyskaya Gazeta writes, water dust from the airfield concrete was sucked into the aircraft’s air intake. This created the tornado effect.
The video was published on the FighterBomber YouTube channel. In the caption to the video, the author jokingly indicated that this was “the Rümel-Hutchinson effect performed by the AL-21F3” and suggested “enjoying” the sound of the engine.
Su-24 is a Soviet and Russian tacticalfront-line bomber.
