The situation is very serious, the excess is observedthe second day in a row. The forecast of a further increased inflow of rivers into the lake remains at a high level. In this regard, we will recommend increasing the level of discharges at the Irkutsk HPP to 3.4 cubic meters per second. This will happen after the passage of the flood on the Irkut River.
