The world's first unmanned shuttle powered by hydrogen fuel to be launched in Estonia

There will be no operator on the shuttle - control is carried out remotely. The cabin can accommodate six

passengers. The company positions shuttles as transport for transporting people short distances to their homes from large urban transport hubs.

The new mode of transport was developed by Auve Tech in cooperation with the University of Tartu: it will appear on the streets of the Estonian city of Tartu on 5 July.

When moving, the shuttle emits only water vapor and thermal energy. The manufacturers did not specify whether all citizens will be able to use the shuttles.

Auve Tech CEO Johannes Mossow, in a comment to ERR, specifically emphasized the environmental importance of hydrogen transport as an environmentally friendly replacement for cars.
