However, the plaintiff is seeking $86 billion in damages and $172 billion in triple damages, for a total of $258 billion.
What's more, Keith Johnson wants a documentwhich will ban Elon Musk and his companies from advertising the Dogecoin cryptocurrency, and will equate its trading with gambling. In a complaint filed in federal court in Manhattan, the plaintiff alleges that Elon Musk is misleadingly calling DOGE a legitimate investment when cryptocurrency has no value.

Johnson believes that the defendants are deliberately overstatingthe cost of DOGE to earn on it. In court, he plans to defend the interests of all investors who have invested in Dogecoin since April 2019. Note that Johnson's prospects are not very good, even despite the fact that after Musk's statements, the value of the asset could instantly jump by several tens of percent.
