This is not Apple and Samsung: OnePlus will leave charging in the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro

Since the end of last year, the trend (or rather, the anti-trend) in the smartphone market has been the rejection of the charger

devices included. Manufacturers attribute this to concern for the environment, and users are not happy with this solution. But OnePlus doesn't seem to be going to follow suit.

Insider Max Jambor reports that the upcoming OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro flagships will continue to be equipped with power adapters.

Recall that the first devices without a chargerthe devices became the iPhone 12, followed by the Samsung Galaxy S21 line. Xiaomi in China offers a choice of Mi 11 with and without charging, but in the global market, the flagship came out with a complete set.

In addition, an insider reports that the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro will have 4,500mAh batteries. Moreover, the image posted on Twitter hints at the use of two batteries in each device.

Recent leaks attribute to OnePlus 9 Pro45W wireless charging and 65W wired charging, plus 6.78-inch QHD + AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 888 processor, up to 12GB of RAM and Hasselblad main camera. The official presentation of the flagships OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro is expected in February.
