The Quke.ru expert tested two new products from Samsung and OnePlus. Among them – OnePlus 10R (Ace) and Samsung Galaxy A53. In general, these devices are quite different, but they cost about the same.
As for the appearance, then in size a littlebigger and wider than OnePlus. The display diagonals of smartphones are also almost the same in size: 6.7 inches for OnePlus and 6.5 inches for Samsung. The OnePlus 10R (Ace) is a little more comfortable in the hand, but the A53 is equipped with IP67 water protection.
Speaking of other display features,except for the diagonal, they are also similar for the two devices. This is a refresh rate of 120 Hz in both cases and a Flued AMOLED matrix from OnePlus, Super AMOLED from Samsung. Peak brightness is slightly higher on the 10R: 950 nits versus 800 nits.
Samsung runs on the latest Exynos 1280 processor(6/8 GB RAM). OnePlus has MediaTek Dimensity 8100 Max (8/12 GB). The latter is almost twice as powerful as the first. Moreover, this is noticeable in AnTuTu: OnePlus scores 728.5 thousand points in the benchmark, and Samsung – 349 thousand points.
Smartphones handle everyday tasks very quickly. When it comes to games, OnePlus certainly has a huge advantage in this regard.
Battery capacity on both devicesidentical: 5000 mAh. OnePlus lives 30 percent more than Samsung. In addition, the 10R (Ace) comes with 160 W charging, thanks to which the smartphone is charged by 50 percent in five minutes, and completely – in less than 20 minutes (but this is with the fast charging function, without it – in 25 minutes). At the same time, Samsung needs 1.5 hours to charge to 100 percent.
The front cameras of the devices are approximatelythe same. If we compare the main cameras (64 MP for Samsung and 50 MP for OnePlus, both with optical stabilization), the A53 still has a noticeable advantage. Samsung also has a better wide-angle camera. Examples of photos – below.

Conclusion
In general, the difference between the Samsung Galaxy A53 andOnePlus 10R lies in the fact that the first is inferior to the second only in the quality of case materials, display quality, performance, charging speed, autonomy, and bundle. But in terms of the camera, for example, Samsung is very much superior to its competitor.
