Two Russians demanded money from Apple for "hacking" Face ID

Two friends from Yekaterinburg demanded money from Apple for “hacking” Face ID. Previously, the company promised a million for this

dollars. However, Apple does not respond to the Russians.

As Life writes, friends Nikita and Daniil accidentallyfound that the iPad's Face ID works on both guys' faces. One day, one of my friends picked up someone else’s tablet and wanted to ask for the password, but the device unlocked itself. That is, Face ID confused the guy with the owner. It is reported that the guy’s face was not entered into the system in advance.

Nikita and Daniil called Apple and asked for a reward. The company told the guys that the problem was most likely with the tablet, and not with Face ID. Friends were advised to reconfigure the system.

It is worth noting that the two guys are quite similar to each other, but it is still difficult to talk about the true reasons for the system failure.
