The Division 2 will enter 2020 with a new major update that will add another location, weapons

Episode 3 "Brooklyn:Homecoming" and will add the Coney Island location to the game. Players will be able to explore the peninsula as part of two new main missions, the plot of which the developers have left secret. Plus, Year 1 Pass holders will also receive a couple of additional classified missions.
Along with a new region to explore in TheDivision 2 will see the return of the “Cleaners”, familiar to players of the first Division. The faction consists of fanatics who believe they can cleanse New York of the virus with fire. The Cleaners use flamethrowers as weapons, so stay away from them.

The Division 2 will also add a newspecialization, but Ubisoft kept the details secret. However, the developers said that players will also receive a new submachine gun “Chameleon”, which changes its appearance depending on the environment.

Foundry raid, which Ubisoft postponed until 2020year, will not appear with the release of the update, but will “look” into the game later as part of the third episode. The developers also confirmed that they will not be conducting pre-testing before launching the update, as the team did not address balance.
Brooklyn: Homecoming will be released in February 2020 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
