Ubisoft is working on TV series based on Far Cry 3 and Watch Dogs for adults

Ubisoft decided to develop its universes not only with new games, but also with animated series.

What is known

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Frenchthe company has begun work on three children's shows based on Rayman and the mobile game Hungry Shark. Together with them, Ubisoft is developing two animated series with an M rating - for adults and teenagers under 17 years of age.

The company is preparing a show with a test title“cybermystery,” which follows a teenage hacker solving crimes. Ubisoft noted that the series is built on the ideas of Watch Dogs, but the action does not take place in the same universe.

The second project with an M rating will be CaptainLaserhawk: A Blood Dragon Vibe, based on Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon. There are no details about the plot yet, but Castlevania Netflix producer Adi Shankar has taken on the creation of the series.
