Ukraine strengthened coastal defense with Harpoon Coastal Defense System missile systems

At the end of May, Denmark announced the transfer of Harpoon anti-ship missiles and Harpoon Coastal launchers to Ukraine

Defense System. Defense Minister Alexey Reznikov said that the systems were successfully deployed to provide coastal defense in the Black Sea.

The system makes it possible to cover most of the Black Sea. Harpoon Coastal Defense System is able to provide better protection of the coast from possible attacks by the Russian Federation.

Over the strengthening of the Armed Forces of Ukraine alsoworked in the Netherlands and the UK. They transferred RGM-84C Harpoon Block 1B and RGM-84D Harpoon Block 1C missiles, respectively. The flight range is 139-150 km.
