According to the command of the air assault troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, the fighters destroyed the Ka-52 Alligator helicopter using the Perun anti-aircraft missile system.
"An enemy helicopter was destroyed in the areaKharkiv region using the portable anti-aircraft missile system Perun. This is already the 67th air target on the combat account of the soldiers of the Airborne Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine! - the message says.
Recall that the Ka-52 "Alligator" is a Russianreconnaissance and strike helicopter of a new generation. The machine is capable of hitting armored and unarmored vehicles, manpower and air targets on the battlefield. The cost of one such helicopter is about $16 million.
