Information from the Air Assault Forces CommandThe Armed Forces of Ukraine, soldiers of the 95th separate air assault brigade permanently “landed” two Russian Orlan-10 unmanned aerial vehicles in the combat zone. The Ukrainian defenders were helped in this by the Piorun MANPADS.

Piorun is an anti-aircraft missile systemPolish production. It is designed to combat low-flying targets: airplanes, helicopters and unmanned aerial vehicles. It can be used by one person. Piorun weighs 16.5 kg, and its range is 500-6500 meters.
