On the evening of July 15 over the Kyiv region ArmedUkrainian forces shot down a cruise missile. This was announced by the head of the regional military administration Alexei Kuleba. Later, a video appeared on the network as a Su-27 fighter pursued the missile and successfully destroyed it.
The video was filmed by one of the residents of the city of BelayaChurch. Apparently, the fighter used a short-range R-73 air-to-air guided missile, which has an infrared guidance system. Fragments of an enemy missile fell into the field. As a result, no one was hurt.
