Ukrainians-creators of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 promised not to add Russophobia to the game

In the first trailer for the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 found an "Easter egg" with an excerpt from the poem "Katerina" by Taras Shevchenko. it

a work about how a Russian soldiercrippled the fate of a Ukrainian girl. People began to vigorously discuss the Easter eggs, suspecting the game developers of Russophobia. Now the developers themselves have commented on the situation.

On behalf of the studio GSC Game World spokePR manager Zakhar Bocharov. He was asked if there would be S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 the same apolitical game or it will be "political Easter eggs / propaganda." To this Bocharov replied that the goal of the studio is to make good games and give players unforgettable emotions. The developers do not intend to stir up conflicts on any issues, including political ones.
