The Chinese company confirmed that Russia used its development. However, the manufacturer from the Middle Kingdom said that he did not sell the robot to the Russians.
It is possible that the Unitree Go1 was bought onAliExpress. On the trading platform, the cost of a basic modification of the robot is approximately $3,500. Unitree Robotics notes that it is unable to trace how the robotic dog got to Russia.
