
The United States Department of Commerce has authorized two South Korean companies to supply equipment

The exception for Samsung will also apply inwithin 12 months. At the same time, the technology giant from South Korea has so far declined to comment on the possibility of refurbishing enterprises in China without the need for full compliance with export control requirements.
But SK Hynix has already made an officialstatement. Representatives of the company reported successful negotiations with the United States Department of Commerce, as a result of which the manufacturer was able to avoid the immediate impact of sanctions.
