US sends first batch of M2 Bradley infantry fighting vehicles to Ukraine

Recently, the US government announced a military assistance package for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which included 109 infantry fighting vehicles

What is known

US Transportation Command embarked on January 25more than 60 infantry fighting vehicles per ro-ro carrier ARC Integrity. On January 27, the ship left the shores of North Charleston, South Carolina. On February 8th, the roll-on vehicle will arrive in the UK, and then the BMP will be sent to Ukraine.

For those who are not in the know

The M2 Bradley is the primary infantry fighting vehicle.which is in service with the mechanized forces of the US Army. The BMP is built on a tracked chassis and has a 25mm M242 Bushmaster automatic cannon. The vehicle's arsenal also includes a TOW anti-tank missile system and an M240C machine gun.
