USA tested bombs united in the "Golden Horde"

The US Air Force Research Laboratory tested the GBU-39/B SDB aerial bombs, combined into

"Golden Horde" That is, four bombs were launched from the fighter, which ultimately simultaneously hit four different targets.

The “Golden Horde” means the projectcreating artificial intelligence systems for ammunition of various classes. The system allows them to act as a group, exchanging target data with each other. This way ammunition can distribute targets among themselves.

The new technology is being tested on aircraftbombs GBU-39/B. Their first tests with the Golden Horde system took place in December 2020. Then they were unsuccessful - the software malfunctioned.
