According to the head of the Ministry of Finance Maksut Shadayev,the department subordinate to him will make a "big turn on the introduction of biometrics." Login to the service "Gosuslugi" will be based on biometric data of users for greater security of accounts.
“I hope that we will soon be able to agree onwith colleagues, our regulators in the field of information security, the possibility of using, for example, biometric identification when authorizing at State Services as a second factor that allows us to guarantee greater security of our accounts, ”Shadayev said.
