Valve has launched open beta testing of the new design in the Steam library.

At the top
section now shows news and updatesgames that are in the “Library”. The page also contains sections for recently launched or added projects, as well as a list of all games. By going to the project page, gamers now see more content from the community, as well as the activity of friends. In addition, Steam will now remind you of the release of major updates, broadcasts from developers and in-game events.
You can evaluate the innovations yourself by signing upto the beta test in your account settings. The release date for the final version of the library design is unknown. Let us remind you that Valve is simultaneously testing a new search and game recommendations in Steam.
