Vivo today introduced an improved version of the gaming smartphone Vivo iQOO Neo - IQOO Neo 855.
Firstly, the new product received a Snapdragon processor855. Last year’s Vivo iQOO Neo has last year’s Snapdragon 845 chip. According to the manufacturer, as a result, performance increased by 45%, in games - by 25%.
Secondly, the UFS 2.1 flash drive was replaced by UFS 3.0. A sequential read speed increase of 90% and write speed of 160% is claimed.
Thirdly, although the battery capacity remained the same (4500 mAh), the Vivo IQOO Neo 855 received faster charging: 33 W instead of 22.5 W. In just 10 minutes, the smartphone charges up to 25%.
Otherwise, the IQOO Neo 855 has the sameiQOO Neo features: 6.38-inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD + resolution and 19.5: 9 aspect ratio, 6/8 GB RAM, 64/128/256 GB ROM, on-screen fingerprint scanner, triple main camera (12 + 8 + 2 MP) and a 16-megapixel front camera.
There are also gaming features Center Turbo and MonsterMode to improve performance, technology support to reduce latency when touching, throttling the processor, enhancing the stability of Wi-Fi, as well as a liquid cooling system.
There will be several configurations to choose from:

As a result, the Vivo IQOO Neo 855 becomes one of the cheapest smartphones with a Snapdragon 855 processor. Its main competitor will be the Meizu 16T introduced yesterday.
