
Vivo held an event in China where it introduced its new flagship line of smartphones.
Specifications
The new product became the first smartphone on the market thatequipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 9200 processor. The chip is built using the second-generation TSMC 4-nanometer process technology. It has eight cores in a 1 + 3 + 4 configuration. The first performance core is Cortex-X3 with a frequency of 3.05 GHz. Next are three Cortex A715 cores at 2.85 GHz and four Cortex A510 at 1.8 GHz.
The processor works in tandem with the RAMLPDDR5 RAM memory, UFS 4.0 storage and proprietary vivo V2 ISP image processing chip. He is responsible for the main Zeiss camera. It’s triple 50 MP (Sony IMX866) + 12 MP (wide-angle module) + 12 MP (telephoto lens with 2x). The front camera is new at 32 MP.
The smartphone comes with 6.78-inch OLED panel. It has a resolution of 2800x1260p, support for 10-bit colors, and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The new product also has IP64 water protection and a 4810 mAh battery with support for 120-watt charging. The smartphone comes with the proprietary OriginOS 3 shell based on Android 13.
Price and when to wait
vivo X90 will go on sale on November 30, but so far only in China.
