Vivo Y33s: MediaTek Helio G80 chip, 50 MP triple camera, 5000 mAh battery and $ 245 price tag

Vivo today announced its new budget Y-series smartphone in India.

What is known

New

called Vivo Y33s.The device received a plastic body with dimensions of 164.26×76.08×8 mm and a weight of 182 g, as well as a flat 6.58-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 2408×1080p and a teardrop notch. The MediaTek Helio G80 processor is responsible for the performance of the device. The SoC is paired with 12 GB of RAM (8 GB physical + 4 GB virtual). The new product comes with a 128 GB drive (+ microSD) and a proprietary Funtouch OS 11.1 shell based on Android 11.

As for the cameras, the device received a singlea 16 MP front camera and a triple main camera with a 50 MP main sensor. It is complemented by a 2 MP macro lens and the same depth sensor. The Vivo Y33s is powered by a 5000 mAh battery. It charges via USB-C using an 18W power supply. The device also has NFC, a headphone jack, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, Dual-Band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0 and GNSS.

Price and when to wait

Vivo Y33s has already started selling in India for $245. There is no information yet when the new product will appear in other regions.
