Yesterday, Apple unveiled a new version of the operating system for the iPhone.
It is reported that you first need to go throughauthenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or a passcode to see your saved password, and then you'll be given the option to copy it. Previously, it was not possible to view passwords for saved Wi-Fi networks on iPhone. I had to look for the password on the back of the router or somewhere else.
However, it was easy to share Wi-Fi passwords with other Apple devices. Now, with iOS 16, the convenience will extend to any device.
Apple is currently testing iOS 16 with developers, with a public beta coming in July.
