Lepenski Vir settlement in Eastern Serbia, onbank of the Danube River was first discovered in the 1960s. This place is of great historical importance, as it demonstrates the early stages of the development of European prehistoric culture. Approximately 500 remains were found at the site, including a skeleton that became known as the "shaman" due to its unusual cross-legged lotus position. It is believed that the shaman lived around 8000 BC. . From the skeleton, the expert team was able to determine his height, weight, and even the fact that he ate mostly seafood.
To reconstruct the shaman's face, they usedMetaHuman tool. First, scientists created a clay model of a man, and based on it they recreated a 3D model. The program helped to “revive” it, that is, to animate it:
