What falls under Apple's warranty and what doesn’t?

  2. The warranty does not cover damage causedusing other accessories, even if they were purchased in the same store as the device. That is, if you bought a wireless charger, used it with your device, and it “burned out” – no one will refund your money or pay for repairs, even if the smartphone (or any other device) is under warranty.

Always focus on high qualitymaterials, charging and accessories, especially when it comes to your device. Paying a little more for charging is one thing, and buying a new iPhone due to the fact that once you saved 100 UAH. - This is completely different.

  1. Damage acquired in the event of interaction with fire, water, or any other natural action. A volcanic eruption or earthquake will not award your device with an additional warranty.
  2. Damage sustained as a resultviolation of the instructions for using your devices. If you didn’t know that you can’t reboot your iPhone every hour and as a result it broke, no one will replace it or fix it for you.

Before use, whether you want it or not - read the instructions. It’s better to spend 10-20 minutes on it, but keep the device intact.

In what form is the guarantee made

Apple hardware stores (representatives) provide one of three types of warranty implementation:
1. Replacement of the device. You will be offered a replacement for exactly the same new device.
2. Refund.You can receive a refund for your device, excluding the amount spent on software installation and accessories/activation, as well as additional bonuses received in the store.
3. Device repair.Yes, you can request that your Apple device be rewired free of charge at a specialized repair shop if the device has not been damaged or damaged intentionally, and also if the parts in it have not been replaced by other technicians.
