First place in the ranking of the most demandedhousehold appliances traditionally turned out to be electric kettles, which have been at the top of this rating for 10 years. In the first half of 2022, their sales reached 4.1 million units.
In second place were vacuum cleaners - 3.4 million pieces, third place was taken by washing machines - about 1.7 million pieces, irons and microwave ovens - 1.6 million pieces each.
"Electric kettles continue to berelevant due to the rich culture of tea drinking and partly the growth of coffee consumption, useful in cooking and practical in solving other household tasks. Although this technique is intended for the simple task of heating water, it continues to evolve functionally and outwardly,” the press service of M.Video-Eldorado said.
