This was told by immunologist, candidate of medical sciences Nikolai Kryuchkov in an interview with Moscow 24.

According to Kryuchkov, due to the high temperatureair in summer, bacteria multiply much more actively, which increases the “risk of contracting intestinal infections due to improper storage of food in restaurants and at home.”
