What iOS 13 will bring: a dark theme, new gestures and updated Safari and Mail

Developers Conference (WWDC), which will be held from 3 to 7 June. But now the developers found out what major innovations the new version of the operating system will receive.

What to expect

In iOS 13, a long-awaited dark theme will appear, both for the iPhone and for the iPad. This will be a system-wide mode that can be activated in the settings.

The bell that appears when you changevolume, will change in appearance. The Reminders application will be updated, the Hey Siri function (the device will no longer respond to false sounds like children's laughter or crying and ambient noise), multilingual keyboard support and dictation will be improved, new gestures will be added to select several objects.

Many innovations are designed for the iPad. This is support for multiple windows in applications that can be moved around the screen, a new standard cancel gesture for entering text (swipe three fingers to the left - cancel input, right - repeat).

Safari Browser will request fullthe desktop version of the site, if necessary, and in the Mail application, messages will be divided into categories “advertising”, “purchases”, “travels”, “unimportant”, you will also be able to read the letter later.
