What iOS 13 will bring: a dark theme, new gestures and updated Safari and Mail

As we wrote earlier, Apple should announce the new iOS 13 at the Worldwide developer conference

Developers Conference (WWDC), which will take place from June 3 to June 7. But the developers have already found out what major innovations the new version of the operating system will receive.

What to expect

iOS 13 will feature the long-awaited dark theme for both iPhone and iPad. This will be a system-wide mode that can be activated in the settings.

A bell that appears when there is a changevolume will change in appearance. The Reminders application will be updated, the Hey Siri function will be updated (the device will no longer respond to false sounds such as children laughing or crying and ambient noise), multilingual keyboard support and dictation will be improved, and new gestures will be added for selecting multiple objects.

Many innovations are designed for iPad.This includes support for multiple windows in applications that can be moved around the screen, a new standard undo gesture for text input (swiping three fingers to the left - cancel input, right - repeat).

Safari browser will ask for fulldesktop version of the site if necessary, and in the Mail application messages will be divided into categories “advertising”, “shopping”, “travel”, “unimportant”, and there will also be an opportunity to read the letter later.
