The program lasted nine months, duringfor which plans were formed using the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) system, and Daria was given autonomy to make decisions. From the very beginning, it was necessary to dive into the user segment and discovery, set priorities and draw up a plan for the year for the development of the segment. The program participant supervised a whole stream of tasks related to the experience of private sellers and buyers. The graduation course meant defending a project—a product initiative, after which Daria joined the company staff.
