In the series Stranger Things, characters can move objects with their minds. And once upon a time similar experiments in
The Duffer Brothers began filming Stranger Things based on various experimental programs. For example, these are Project MKUltra and Project Star Gate.
MKUltra was conducted by the CIA in the 1950s. The Americans wanted to find out how people are able to control the minds of others. This was to give the US an advantage in the Cold War.
All of these programs includedexperiments with LSD. Telepathy, psychokinesis, remote vision (that is, the ability to observe what is happening in another place using your own mind) were also studied.

Many of the MKUltra project records were destroyed in1977 It was at this time that the project was closed. In addition, physicist Patrick Johnson from Georgetown University doubts that experts were able to create a way to move objects with the power of thought. The scientist notes that there is no real physical way for this.
One of the most possible options –installation of a special device in the brain. This device will then read the electrical signals that the brain sends to the hand and then amplify them. So, purely theoretically, it will be possible to move objects.
