During their work, the researchers found thatwomen, morning exercises help burn belly fat, and evening exercises increase muscle strength and endurance. But for men, evening exercise lowers blood pressure, heart disease risk and fatigue, and burns more fat compared to morning exercise.

For the experiment, the researchers recruited 30 womenand 26 men aged 25 to 55. They exercised with a trainer for 12 weeks. All this time, the physical condition of the participants was comprehensively assessed.

The study also showed that all participants had improved overall health during the trial, regardless of the time of day they exercised.
