Experts have learned that Facebook is working onnew beta version 2.21.50 for WhatsApp. This build will not work on devices running the iOS 9 operating system. This means that the company no longer intends to support such older devices.
The new version of WhatsApp Beta will only work on iPhones running iOS 10 and above. Now the iPhone 4 and 4S models can still run on iOS 9. Let us remember that iOS 9 was released in 2015.
