When will MIUI 11 come out and which smartphones will receive it

In the new proprietary firmware MIUI 11, Xiaomi promises to improve performance and reduce the number of

advertising. However, the official announcement date has not yet been announced. But the insider managed to find out both the release date of the shell and the list of smartphones that will receive the update.

When to expect

So, the release should take place in mid-August(15th or 18th), along with the release of Redmi Note 8 in China. However, this will only be an announcement; a full presentation is expected on September 9 or 12. The first stable version of MIUI 11 should be released in October.

Who will update

MIUI 11 is compatible with the following platforms:

  • MediaTek P35, MTK P22, MTK A22, MediaTek HelioG90
  • Surge S1.
