To eat seeds without harm to health, you need to adhere to the norm - eat no more than 30 grams of seeds at a time.

“The basic safety rule is to eat seeds inmoderate amount. Even one sachet can be too much, given the average calorie content of the product. There is no more than 30 grams of seeds. From this amount, you will get everything useful and nothing superfluous, ”Zaletova recommended.
