In photo mode in DxOMark the exactautofocus, very good textures and pleasant color display. There were more disadvantages: slow autofocus, limited dynamic range in any conditions, poor photo quality in low light conditions, artifacts, lack of bokeh effect, excessive saturation.
In video mode, the camera shows the exactautofocus, lack of “noise” and good stabilization. The downsides include inconsistent colors, slow autofocus, lack of detail in low light, and limited dynamic range in bright light.
Evaluation
As a result, Sony Xperia XZ3 received 76 for photospoints for video - 85. On average, this is 79 points for the camera. This is much worse than modern flagships, which score more than 100 points, and even mid-range devices. For example, the iPhone 7, Asus Zenfone 5 and even the Sony Xperia XZ Premium, released in 2017, perform better.
