In early September, Sony introduced the new flagship smartphone - Sony Xperia 5 at IFA 2019.
Resource experts noted good focus when shooting with a wide-angle camera and detail, accurate exposure and wide dynamic range when shooting outdoors.
But the camera has problems with white balance, noise and artifacts, the selection of depth of field in portrait mode, as well as the dynamic range in the room.
As a result, the smartphone’s selfie camera received 81 points for the photo, and 76 points for video capabilities. The average mark is 79.
In the overall ranking DxOMark Sony Xperia 5 takesonly 15th place after the Samsung Galaxy S9 + (81 points) and Apple iPhone XS Max (82 points). Xperia 1 has 1 point less and 16th place. But the king of the rating remains Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ with 99 points.
