Xiaomi, after announcing the MIUI 14 firmware, spoke about when smartphones will start receiving the update
What is known
So far we are talking only about the Chinese market.Interestingly, the list of smartphones that will receive the update is not that long. Usually, after announcing a new version of MIUI, the company publishes a long list of models that will be updated at one stage or another.
This time there are only two waves. The first is scheduled for January 2023. During this period, MIUI 14 will be available for flagship smartphones of different generations:
- Xiaomi 12 / 12 Pro / 12 Pro Dimensity;
- Xiaomi 12S / 12S Pro / 12S Ultra;
- Xiaomi MIX FOLD 2;
- Redmi K50 / K50 Pro / K50 Ultra / K50 Gaming.
The second wave of updates is planned for April next year, but it is aimed at tablet computers. So, in the spring MIUI 14 will be available for all modifications of Xiaomi Pad 5 and for Redmi Pad.
